Beth Ruyle

Beth has 35 years of experience in local government, planning, economic
development, and governmental relations. During her career she has provided municipal services to more than 100 cities in Illinois. Beth is a
former Vice President of Ehlers & Associates, Inc. She served clients in
the Illinois office where she worked extensively with communities on debt financing, financial planning and Tax Increment Financing and business districts. Beth served as Executive Director of the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Associations (a council of governments) for 22 years, working in areas of planning and strategies, intergovernmental relations, regional relations, intergovernmental programs, legislative agenda, and technical assistance.
