Lisa Lynn

Lisa Lynn is an organizational consultant and a licensed psychologist in the State of Minnesota, in her twenty-fifth year of successful organizational and leadership development work. Lisa is a co-founder of three successful companies. At the organizational level, Lisa works in the areas of personnel selection, designed and facilitated customized initiatives and training focused on performance assessment, customer satisfaction, strategic planning, executive coaching, stress management, preventing sexual harassment, and dealing with ‘difficult’ people. At the team level, her work focuses on facilitating training in areas such as increasing team/departmental effectiveness. In addition she coaches both teams and departments in areas such as teamwork, communication, customer service, time/project management, as well as increasing overall team/departmental effectiveness.
