Craig Hullinger

Craig has more than 35 years of city planning and economic development experience. He has provided consulting services to governments, developers, and attorneys. Craig has developed 14 comprehensive plans as well as numerous other plans, annexation agreements, economic development studies, transportation plans, housing studies, environmental studies, strategic plans and zoning and subdivision ordinances. He has served as an economic development director, village manager, village administrator, chief of development, and a county director of land use and planning. Craig has also served as a volunteer social worker and as a Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve. Craig is AICP certified.
